Terms & Conditions

By hiring Unlimited Landscaping, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. Unlimited Landscaping provides professional landscaping and construction services, including but not limited to lawn care, garden design, hardscaping, patio installation, outdoor construction, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance. All work will be carried out to industry standards and as outlined in written estimates or agreements. Quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to change based on project scope, site conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. A deposit of 50% may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to the agreed payment schedule. The Client is responsible for providing clear access to the worksite and ensuring all necessary approvals or permits are in place, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any changes to the project scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges. Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice; late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount, particularly if materials have already been purchased. Unlimited Landscaping may reschedule or delay services due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other uncontrollable events. Plant material may be guaranteed for up to 90 days if properly maintained, and workmanship on construction projects (e.g., patios, retaining walls) may be warrantied for up to one year. Unlimited Landscaping is insured; however, we are not liable for damages resulting from unmarked underground utilities, pre-existing site issues, or forces beyond our control. We reserve the right to terminate services if payment obligations are not met or if unsafe or hostile working conditions are present. All designs and plans remain the intellectual property of Unlimited Landscaping unless otherwise stated in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Province], and use of our services signifies the Client’s acceptance of these terms.
