Refund Policy
At Unlimited Landscaping, we are committed to providing high-quality landscaping and construction services, including lawn care, garden design, patios, hardscaping, and other outdoor projects. A 50% deposit is required when the Client signs the proposal to secure the project in our schedule and cover upfront costs such as planning, materials, and labor coordination. If the Client chooses to cancel the project before any work has begun, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. However, if work has already started—including material purchases, delivery, or labor—only a partial refund may be given, based on the costs already incurred. Once a significant portion of the project is completed, or custom materials have been installed, no refund will be provided. For prepaid maintenance or seasonal services not yet performed, a prorated refund may be issued if cancellation is requested in writing with at least 7 days' notice. Refunds will not be granted for issues beyond our control, such as weather damage, poor soil conditions, or pest activity. If the Client is unsatisfied with the quality of work or materials, they must notify Unlimited Landscaping in writing within 7 days of project completion. We will assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a resolution such as a repair, replacement, or partial refund. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Unlimited Landscaping and, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and by using our services, the Client agrees to these terms.
